This evening Truck 5 was called to Progress to transfer while they handled a building fire in their first due. Due to the nature and intensity of the fire Truck 5 was summoned to the scene along with numerous other transferring units to provide manpower. Truck 5 upon arriving on scene was assigned to RIT and stood by on scene for about 4 hours before returning to Progress and manning their station until they cleared the scene. The Truck returned to quarters in the wee hours of the morning after being out for about 9 hours. |
