The afternon Company 5 was alerted to an inside investigation the structure with reported illness. Rescue 5 arrived on scene establishing command and assisted EMS with patient care and metering the structure. The interior crew found elevated levels of Carbon Monoxide through out the whole building and found the cause to be a broken flue from the furnace to the chimney. Crews then vented the structure and returned in about an hour. |
