Tonight crews participated in the annual National Night Out being put on by the police department, fire department and several local business. There was a large turn out by the community which enjoyed the festivities being put on.

This morning crews were alerted to a truck fire in Stone Hill Park. Captain 5 arrived on scene with a working fire on a Ford Ranger. Upon arrival of Engine 5 the fire was quickly extinguished and crews returned to quarters in about an hour.

Tonight crews met with Waterworks Fire Company at the Quittie Park for some "rural water movement" refresher training . Units flowed water for over an hour practing drafting techniques and tanker operations.
