Busy Night At The 5 House
November 26th

While the remaining crew watched the Rescue leave for the Company 6 mva County dispatched Co 5 to assist with a cardiac arrest in the downtown district. As crews were clearing the crash and Med call, County dispatched Truck 5 to a structure fire in North Cornwall Twp "Neversink" first due. Truck crew preformed first due truck op's. Fire was quickly knocked down by first in crews. When all was said and done Co 5 was out on the street for aprox 3 hours before all units were back in quarters. The medical drill will now be tried the next monday night drill.

MVA w/injuries
 
November 26th

Tonight as crews were getting ready to start monday night drill Rescue 5 was alerted to assist on box 6-02 on Clear Springs Rd for an MVA w/injuries. Rescue 5 arrived and assisted with lighting and preformed basic vehicle op's.

MVA w/multiple injuries
 
November 25th

Co 5 was alerted to South Annville Twp Rt 322 and Fontana Ave for an MVA w/multiple injuries. Crews arrived and preformed a door pop, preformed basic vehicle op's and provided patient care to five patients. Crews were out for about 1 hour

Fuel Spill
 
November 13th

Company 5 assisted Station 50 in North Lebanon Township at the Sunset outlets for a diesel fuel leak

Hazmat Drill
 
November 13th

Company 5 personnel assisted County Hazmat on an OSHA drill at Lebanon Seaboard

Co#6 Mva With Injuries
 
November 12th

Engine and Rescue was requested for Box 6-01 on Clear Springs Road area of Spikers Hill for an MVA with injuries. Rescue 5 arrived and the Deputy assumed command. Crews stabilized vehicles, performed basic spill control and provided patient care until EMS arrived.

Tractor Trailer Rollover and Entrapment
 
November 10th

Dispatched for MVA with tractor trailer rollover and entrapment. Deputy 5 arrived on scene and confirmed entrapment in tractor trailer as well as a passenger vehicle. Crews then assisted a contracted Hazmat Clean-up team with offloading 8789 gallons of gasoline into a recovery trailer. A special thanks for all of the departments that assisted: Station 1, Station 2, FASP, Station 50, Station 14, Station 8, Station 7, Station 12 and County Wide Fire Police. Thanks To Progress Dauphin Station 32 for standing by.

Multi-Vehicle Mva
November 4th

Annville fire was dispatched for a multi-vehicle mva in a church parking lot in S. Annville Twp.
There were no injuries

Vehicle Accident With Rollover
 
November 3rd

At 18:36hrs Box 7-01 was hit for an MVA w/rollover on Thompson Ave just off rt 934. Rescue 5 arrived with EMS to find 1 vehicle on it's side with a single patient self extricated. crews assisted EMS and preformed basic vehicles op's. The rescue was out for about 30 minutes
