Mva Reported Entrapment
 
September 27th

At 1712hrs As Thunderstorms went through the area Lebanon County 911 started getting calls of an MVA in box 5-02 on Rt 422 and Killinger Rd. Initial reports of entrapment added Rescue/Engine 1-1 "Palmyra" to the box. Chief 5 "Ox" arrived and found a 2 Vehicle MVA 2 Injured and No entrapment. Crews assisted with patent care and preformed basic vehicle op's. Crews were on scene for about 20 Min.

Haz-Mat Training

Tonight Second Shift Loaded up in the Engine to go to Mass Decon Training at Sta 50 "Haz-Mat" Crews received an overview of the mass decon trailer and a refresher in setting up for operations. Thanks To The Haz-Mat team for the invite and training opportunity.

Main St Mva
 
September 15th

At 09:05hrs Box 5-01 was transmitted for the MVA W/Injuries @ Main St and Weber St. Crews Arrived and provided patent care and performed basic vehicle op's. Co 5 was out for 35 minutes.

Working Fire In 38's First Due
 
September 7th

At 15:28 911 calls started to poor into Lebanon County communications reporting smoke from a house at 520 Mine Rd in the 38-08 box (Mt Gretna). First to arrive was Tanker 38 who reported the working fire. E-5 was the first engine to arrive and went to work and quickly found a small bedroom fire. Crews made quick work of the fire. Crews remained on scene for aprox 2hrs before returning back to Annville.

Structure Fire In Neversink
 
September 5th

Rescue 5 was dispatched to assist Company 14 (Neversink) in the Shadow Creek Development to the West of the CreekSide Development for a reported structure fire.

Two Mva's One With Fly Out
 
September 4th

At 17:32 Box 5-01 was struck for the MVA w/injuries. Chief 5 "Ox" arrived to find 3 vehicle mva. Rescue 5 arrived and assisted with patient care and basic vehicle op's. Crews were out for 20min.

At 23:00hrs box alarm 38-07 "Mount Gretna" was struck for an MVA w/injuries at Mine Rd and Butler Rd. Chief 38 "Dowd" arrived to find a single vehicle into a tree with 1 subject still inside. Engine 5 arrived and assisted E-37 and R-38 with extrication. Patient was taken to Hershey Via Life Lion. Crews were out for 1hr.

RIT Call And A Crash
 
September 1st

At 16:20hrs Rescue 5 was alerted to Box Alarm 15-01 Lebanon City 1106 Vicroy St for a RIT assignment. Rescue 5 responded with 6 personal. Crews Stood by with no actions needed. Crews Returned at 18:53

While crews were cleaning up from the Previous RIT call Box 5-03 was struck for the MVA w/injuries at Rt 934 and Royal Rd. Crews arrived to find a minor MVA. Crews preformed basic vehicle op's. R-5 was out for 30mins.
